Engine Testing Workshop
After the repair, the workshop starts the internal combustion engine (Internal Combustion Engine) without load to take technical indicators.
Pump Testing Workshop (Fuel Pumps and Injectors Test)
In this workshop, the engine fuel system is adapted to the values specified in the catalog for modern machines, ensuring that the customer receives maximum efficiency from the engine and high fuel efficiency.
Press
Submersible and dry type chains are reconditioned to specifications and offered to the customer with maximum service life.
Welding Workshop (Welding and Undercarriage Repair)
In the welding shop, we offer a cost-effective solution by arc welding using Caterpillar® welding wires of the appropriate hardness. Various buckets or protections can be made on request.
Spray Booth
With the help of a spray booth, in accordance with standards, damaged parts of all machines that come into our workshop can be fully or partially painted with original Cat paint. Painted and with new stickers, your car will look new, at the same time the sale price will increase.
Contamination Control
A pollution control process is a set of practices and rules that limit contamination and reduce it to an acceptable level at all stages of the repair process.
Contamination control is ensured by compliance with the Kur Cleaning Rules in four main sections: “Design, Production, Maintenance, Repair and Operation”. The repair steps for each machine and component that Caterpillar, Borusan Cat Kyrgyzstan, and you, our customers, are responsible for: Clean Workshop, Clean Repair Process, Clean Components and Clean Oil.
Caterpillar machines, which use state-of-the-art high-tech components, require superior service knowledge and meticulous work. This precision creates added value. The pollution control program is an important part of the new service concept.
Among CAT dealers, Borusan Cat Kyrgyzstan is one of the leading service representatives with the highest Caterpillar rating of 5 stars. CAT certified service personnel are responsible to CAT and customers for coordinating and implementing the program.
The contamination control program also includes cleaning systems, particle concentration monitoring, and routine analysis of technical fluids during field inspections. For more information about our contamination control program and our fluid analysis services, please contact your sales representative or your nearest sales team.
What is pollution?
Contamination is all foreign particles in oil. Particulate pollution is the most common. These are metal, welding slag, paint particles, fibers, sealing elements with a size of only a few microns. One micron is equal to one millionth of a meter.
Heat, water, air, and other liquids are also pollutants. When these contaminants come together, they degrade the chemical structure of the oil and cause it to oxidize and become more acidic.
Particulate contamination and chemical changes in the structure of the oil cause premature machine failure. Thanks to our experience, we guarantee the hydraulic system of your machine after each maintenance or inspection. At the same time, we monitor the condition of the oil using the Technical Fluid Analysis (SOS) program.
Steps to be covered by the pollution control process :
- Oils meet Caterpillar standards for foreign particulate content.
- All new oils are filtered and, if necessary, purified by additional filtration.
- Oil purification is carried out in accordance with the standards.
- Components and hoses are cleaned and kept clean.
- Disassembly and component inspection areas are kept clean.
- Disassembly and component inspection areas are kept clean.
- Parts are stored in their original packaging until they are used.
- All parts are insulated from dust.
- The cleanliness and order in the workshop and auxiliary vehicles are impeccable.
