Cat® gas generators are equipped with a gas-fueled reciprocating engine and can run on biogas fuel. Biogas is generated in the course of many processes in agricultural, food and manufacturing industries. It can also be obtained from these industries’ by-products and municipal solid waste. Gas generators use biogas to produce ‘green energy’. This way organic waste originating in the course of the production processes can be used to generate power.
