Borusan Kyrgyzstan was founded in Almaty in June 1999 and is the official Cat® dealer in Kyrgyzstan. Today Borusan Kyrgyzstan is a part of the large Turkish conglomerate Borusan Group, which since its foundation has grown into a single union of companies with more than 8,000 employees. In May 2019, Borusan Kyrgyzstan celebrated its 20th anniversary in the Kyrgyzstan market.

Borusan Kyrgyzstan has 23 warehouses on the territory of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, which are regularly replenished with the range of Cat spare parts.
